How to setup Ares Player apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
Ares Player Details
The Ares Player plays music and sounds during (pen & paper) role-playing games. The music and sounds are selected previously in the Ares Editor (an Windows program), fitting to the situations in the game. During the game, you switch between them using the Ares Controller, either on the same device or on another device.See http://aresrpg.sourceforge.net/index.html for more information.
Limitations compared to the Ares Player for Windows / Linux: doesn't have an integrated web server (so you need to use a Controller app, not a browser); can't stream to icecast.
